AWS cloud infrastructure, built to survive success

Most cloud problems are not cloud problems. They are architecture decisions made early, cheaply, and without anyone asking what happens when the product works. We design AWS environments for the second case.

Why teams bring their AWS work to us

Four things, and the last one usually pays for the engagement.

99.99% uptime, measured

Across 100+ shipped products we hold 99.99 percent uptime - the same infrastructure approach behind SWEAT, EzLicence and Traininpink. That is a track record rather than a guarantee, which is the honest way to state it.

AWS-accredited, in-house

An AWS Advanced Tier Partner with 15+ AWS-accredited engineers, all our own employees. The people who architect your environment are the people who run it, not a subcontracted third party.

End to end

Migration planning, deployment, and ongoing optimisation. One accountable team from assessment through to the platform running in production under monitoring.

Costs that come down

We reduced one client's cloud hosting costs by over 50 percent, saving them more than $10,000 every month. On another, per-user cloud costs fell 60 percent. Rescue work routinely cuts server costs 30 to 50 percent.

Our AWS capabilities

The four engagements that make up most of the cloud work we do.

Scalable application infrastructure

Architectures that scale automatically with demand, so growth from thousands of users to millions and traffic spikes during campaigns are absorbed rather than survived.

High-performance mobile backends

Backend systems for iOS and Android with fast responses and reliable data synchronisation. Backend latency shows up directly in retention, which is why it is treated as a product concern rather than a technical one.

Cloud migration and modernisation

Moving off legacy infrastructure with minimal disruption. We assess, plan and execute the transition, and the usual outcome is lower operating cost alongside better reliability.

DevOps and continuous delivery

CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code, so releases are repeatable, reversible, and not dependent on one person remembering the steps.

It runs on your account, not ours

Client intellectual property is hosted on the client's own AWS account, all data stays on the client's own infrastructure, and IP transfers on full payment. There is no platform lock-in and no dependency on us continuing to be your supplier.

That matters commercially and it matters legally. If your product handles personal information, the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply regardless of where the software was built, and Australian Privacy Principle 8 keeps you accountable for information disclosed to an overseas recipient. Hosting on your own account, with the Sydney region available, keeps data residency a decision you make rather than one inherited from a vendor.

Frequently asked questions

The questions buyers and search engines ask most about this stage.

Yes. PixelForce is an AWS Advanced Tier Partner with 15+ AWS-accredited engineers on staff. Across 100+ shipped products we hold 99.99 percent uptime and a 98 percent first-time app store approval rate, and the products we have built have served more than 50 million users.
You do. Client intellectual property is hosted on the client's own AWS account and all data stays on the client's own infrastructure, with IP transferring on full payment. There is no platform lock-in. We build and operate the environment, but the account, the data and the asset are yours, and you can take them elsewhere.
Frequently, and it is often the fastest return available on a cloud engagement. We reduced one client's hosting costs by over 50 percent, saving them more than $10,000 every month, and decreased another client's per-user cloud costs by 60 percent through infrastructure optimisation. On rescue work, server costs are routinely cut 30 to 50 percent. The first step is an assessment of what is actually running and why.
Yes. We can host in the AWS Sydney region, and because the environment sits on your own AWS account the decision stays with you. This matters if your product handles personal information: the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles apply regardless of where the app was built, and Australian Privacy Principle 8 makes you accountable for personal information disclosed to an overseas recipient.
Yes. Migration and modernisation is one of the four main engagements we run: we assess the current platform, plan the transition, and execute it with minimal disruption. The common outcome is lower operating cost together with improved reliability. Where the underlying platform is the real problem rather than the hosting, we will say so rather than move a struggling system onto better infrastructure.

Architecture is a commercial decision.

No obligation, and no scope you cannot afford. You leave the first call with one recommendation and the reasoning behind it - even when that recommendation is not us.
