Does Tobi Pearce or PixelForce take equity or ownership in my business or platform?

No. Tobi and PixelForce take zero equity. You own 100% of the platform you build - the code, the product, and any future exit.

Here is how it works: Tobi subsidises your PixelForce invoices. PixelForce gets paid at full rate. You pay less. Everything you build is yours - no strings, no stake, no ongoing obligation to us beyond the engagement itself.

How much does it cost in total to reach a live product?

Reaching a live MVP typically requires a total investment of $150,000 to $400,000+ depending on platform scope and complexity, with an ongoing Post-Launch Retainer beyond that.

The Launchpad grant is applied across all phases, reducing what you pay at each stage. We are upfront about this - we want applicants who are prepared for the full journey, not just the first step.

Is the $100,000 minimum in addition to the $150,000 grant?

Yes. The $150,000 is Tobi's contribution and sits on top of your investment as your platform foundation. Your development investment funds the custom build on top of those foundations.

What does the full engagement look like?

Selected businesses progress through three phases: Scoping and Design (4–6 weeks), Development (12–16 weeks), and a Post-Launch Retainer (12 months). Applicants should be prepared to commit to the full partnership journey, not just the first phase. This is how great platforms are built.

How are businesses selected?

Applications are assessed on a rolling basis across four criteria: market opportunity (30%), team capability (25%), technical-business fit (25%), and commitment level (20%). Qualified applicants are invited to a discovery call within 5 business days. Successful applicants are notified shortly after.

When is the grant confirmed?

Grant Approval is a separate step and is not automatic upon selection. Once PixelForce has worked with you to develop a Proposal and locked in your Engagement, we present the business case to Tobi for his approval. You will receive written confirmation of grant status within 5 business days of that submission.

What sectors do you work with?

PixelForce builds across fitness and wellness, health tech, prop tech, eCommerce, marketplaces, MedTech, AI-tech, content delivery, SaaS, and more. Campaign #1 had the strongest conversion in wellness and fitness. If you have a strong business case and committed capital, apply regardless of industry.
