You have an idea.
You need an
honest verdict.

For founders and business owners who have identified a concrete target customer and want a senior, independent assessment before committing to development.

01

First-time founders

You have an idea you believe in, but you are not sure if the market is there, what it will cost, or where to start. Get a grounded, senior perspective before you commit.

02

Creators & authority builders

You have an audience - followers, clients, a community - and you want to build a product that monetises it. Understand what it will cost and whether the unit economics hold before you commit.

03

Founders raising capital

Preparing to raise capital or bring on co-founders? An independent commercial assessment adds credibility and surfaces the gaps investors will probe before you do.

A 10-section scored
report. Not a template.

Every report is assessed by PixelForce’s founding team - the same people who scope and price builds every week. Your idea, assessed on its actual merits.

Sample questions that
actually drive the
assessment.

The form takes 15-20 minutes. Here are three examples of the questions we ask - and why they matter to the scoring.

Your idea · §01
In one sentence, what does your app or platform do?
Write it as if explaining to a 10-year-old…

Avoid jargon. This sets the baseline for the entire assessment - if we cannot summarise it in a sentence, the market cannot either.

Competition · §02
Who are your 2 to 3 closest competitors, and what is missing from their product?
Name them specifically - e.g. “MyFitnessPal has no coach comms”…

Generic answers produce generic scores. The specifics determine your Uniqueness and Distribution scores in §04.

Budget · §05
What is your total available budget for development?
$50,000 / $100,000 / $200,000 / $200,000+

This shapes what we recommend. A $50k budget requires a very different MVP scope and strategy than $200k+.

PixelForce’s ability to quickly understand our product and service is impressive.

From the team
that actually builds.

PixelForce has facilitated over $1.5 billion in client revenue across 100+ products since 2013 - including SWEAT (Kayla Itsines, $400M exit), EzLicence ($100M+ annual bookings), and Traininpink (Italy’s #1 fitness app). We are an AWS Advanced Partner and SA Premier’s Export Award winner.

The people who produce your assessment are the same developers, product leads, and strategists who scope and price builds for PixelForce clients every week.

Your assessment is produced by PixelForce's founding team - the same product leads, developers, and strategists who scope and price builds for clients every week. We use an artificial intelligence service to help draft the report from your submission. A member of the team then reviews, edits and approves every report before it is sent, and Hinney Lo reviews and signs the CEO's Note on every report. You never interact with the AI, and no report is delivered without human review.

No - it is drafted with the help of an artificial intelligence service and then reviewed, edited and approved by a member of our team before it is sent. No report is delivered without human review, and you never interact with the service directly. We remain responsible to you for your report.

We use enterprise, commercial-grade services rather than consumer products, we use them in accordance with those providers' business terms, and we do not give any provider permission to use your submission for its own purposes. We do not name the provider on this page, because providers and their terms change - email legal@pixelforce.com before you submit and we will tell you which one we currently use. If you would rather we did not use an artificial intelligence service at all, tell us before you submit and we will refund your fee in full.

A 10-section PDF report with a CEO's Note, market and viability analysis, a 7-dimension scored scorecard, recommended approach, MVP scope, three critical risks, go-to-market observations, and recommended next steps. Typically delivered within 48 hours of form submission - see clause 3.3 of the Assessment Terms. The $497 is credited in full toward any subsequent PixelForce engagement.

The cost ranges in your report are produced by the same people who scope and price builds at PixelForce every week, and they reflect real complexity, real team composition and real timelines. They are indicative ranges based only on what you tell us in the form. They are not a quote, and a firm price can only be given after a scoping engagement, in a proposal or statement of work.

Early-stage is fine - that is exactly what this product is for. The minimum is a concrete target customer. Without that, no honest assessment is possible. If your idea is too early to assess, we will say so in the CEO's Note and recommend a discovery sprint instead.

Your idea stays confidential. We treat your submission as confidential and we do not disclose it to any other client, competitor or investor. Access is limited to the PixelForce team members and contractors working on your assessment, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations, and to the service providers who help us produce your report - including the artificial intelligence service that assists with drafting. We do not give any of them permission to use your submission for their own purposes. We keep your submission for 24 months after we deliver your report, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

If you would rather we did not use an artificial intelligence service, tell us before you submit and we will refund your fee in full.

If you need a separate confidentiality agreement, email legal@pixelforce.com before you pay and we will provide our standard mutual NDA.

Assessment Terms · Privacy Collection Notice

You will receive a 30-minute walkthrough call with a member of our founding team to discuss the findings and your recommended next step. There is no pressure to engage further - if the recommendation is “do not build”, we will tell you. If you do engage further, your $497 is credited in full.

If you change your mind before you submit your idea, tell us and we will refund the fee in full. If you change your mind within 48 hours of submitting, tell us and we will refund the fee in full unless we have already sent your report. After that we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, because the assessment is prepared specifically for you.

That is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which we cannot exclude. Our services come with consumer guarantees, including that they will be provided with due care and skill. If we fail to meet a consumer guarantee you are entitled to a remedy - we will correct or redo your assessment for a minor problem, and for a major problem you can choose a refund or compensation. If your report contains a factual error or does not address something your submission clearly raised, tell us within 14 days and we will correct it free of charge. Email legal@pixelforce.com and we will respond within 5 business days. Clause 10 of the Assessment Terms sets this out in full.
