Traininpink aimed to optimise its user onboarding process to improve acquisition and retention rates. The project involved leveraging analytics to identify drop-off points and enhance the onboarding flow, ensuring a smoother user experience and higher engagement.

Our Solution

Our collaboration with Traininpink focused on harnessing the power of data analytics to refine and enhance the user onboarding experience. By identifying key friction points and optimising the onboarding sequence, we aimed to significantly improve user acquisition and retention.

  • Data-Driven Enhancements: We implemented features such as one-click registration and interactive tutorials to keep users engaged from the start. Personalised content recommendations were also introduced early in the user journey to demonstrate the app’s value immediately.
